Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 September 2026These terms govern your use of the www.certautopilot.com website and its documentation, operated by CloudNativeWorks ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept them.
Scope note. The CertAutoPilot software is licensed separately: your use of the software is governed by the license agreement accompanying your edition (Free or Enterprise), and where these website terms and that agreement differ, the license agreement controls for the software.
1. The software
CertAutoPilot is commercial, self-hosted software. The Free edition may be used without a paid license within its published limits; the Enterprise edition requires a valid license key and is limited to the certificate allowance stated in your license. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or offer the software as a service to third parties, remove or circumvent its license enforcement, or share license keys outside your organization, except as your license agreement expressly permits.
2. Documentation and content
The content of this site and the product documentation — text, images, and design — belongs to CloudNativeWorks or its licensors. You may read, link to, and quote it with attribution for the purpose of evaluating or operating CertAutoPilot. You may not republish substantial portions of it commercially without permission. "CertAutoPilot" and the CertAutoPilot logo are trademarks of CloudNativeWorks.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to disrupt or probe the website's infrastructure, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems behind it, scrape it at abusive volume, or use it to distribute malware or unlawful content.
4. Third-party services
With your consent, the site loads third-party analytics (see the Privacy Policy). The software integrates with third-party services you choose to configure — certificate authorities, DNS providers, distribution targets. Those services are governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for them.
5. No warranty for the website
The website and documentation are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the documentation accurate and current, but it may contain errors, and it does not constitute a contractual promise about product behavior. Warranties for the software itself, if any, are stated exclusively in your license agreement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudNativeWorks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or its content, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Liability relating to the software is governed by your license agreement.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always at this address with its "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CloudNativeWorks is established, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally are subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
